Online or in-person, this is for us to get to know each other and allows for you to ask questions and explore whether this process is for you and whether my style of support is a fit for your needs.

Online or in-person, one-on-one sessions will help you with what you care most about and will support you in developing a plan to achieve personal and professional goals. Typically, sessions are weekly. There are packages available for all types of needs and financial ability. Services can also be customized. Contact me to schedule a one-on-one session today!

Energy Work - Reiki
Reiki is a very specific form of energy healing, in which hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, as in “laying on of hands.” It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing and balance. This technique can be done in person or at a distance.
